Notice 2191 dated 23 September 1999 - Trevor Andrew Manual has determined 27 September 1999 as the date on which South African Special Risks Insurance Association, incorporated in terms of section 21 of the Companies Act, 1973, as an association not for gain, is converted into a public company having a share capital, as described in section 19 of the Companies Act, 1973, under the name SASRIA Limited.

The Conversion of SASRIA Act, 1998 has been added to the site, as published in Government Gazette No. 19555, Notice No. 1581 dated 4 December 1998. A commencement date is still to follow.
