| 1) | Until such time as the fees and charges laid down in the Schedule to the Rules are adequate to finance the Panel, the necessary funds will be provided, with the consent of The Stock Exchange, from a fixed proportion of the annual subscriptions paid to The Stock Exchange by listed companies. |
| 2) | The fees and charges to be paid to the Panel shall be set by the Panel from time to time and published in the Gazette. |
| 3) | The fees and charges in force from time to time shall be those set forth in the Schedule to these Rules. |
