| 1) | A special resolution for an increase of the existing share capital of a company shall be lodged on Form CM 26 and shall be accompanied by Form CM 11 to which the proof of payment of the fee referred to in section 75(3) of the Act has been affixed. |
| 2) | The certificate of the auditor of the company referred to in section 75(3)(b) of the Act, shall be given on Form CM 11. |
