In these Regulations, any word or expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act shall have the meaning so assigned and, unless the context otherwise indicates—
“the National Targeting Centre”
means the border risk management and targeting centre contemplated in section 11(2)(f) of the Act, and
“Centre”
has a corresponding meaning; and
“the Act”
means the Border Management Authority Act, 2020 (Act No. 2 of 2020).
