State Information Technology Agency Act, 1998 (Act No. 88 of 1998)Chapter 2 : Governance of Agency8. Board of Directors |
| (1) | The Agency will be governed and controlled, in accordance with this Act, by a Board of Directors appointed by the Minister after consultation with Cabinet. |
| (2) | The business and operational plans of the Agency must be approved by the Board of Directors in consultation with the Minister. |
| (3) | The Board of Directors will represent the Agency. |
