| (1) | The organisation of the Agency and its day to day business and operations will be under the charge and general management and control of the Managing Director, subject to the general or special directions and instructions that the Board may, from time to time, issue to the Managing Director. |
| (2) | The Managing Director is accountable to the Board, and is the chief executive officer of the Agency. |
