Establishment and membership of committees and structures |
| (a) |
The Authority may establish any standing committee, ad hoc committee or structure to assist it in the performance of its functions and must determine— |
| (i) |
the membership of the committee or structure; |
| (iii) |
its written terms of reference. |
| (b) |
Unless otherwise determined in terms of clause 12(1)(a),membership of a committee or structure - |
| (i) |
must consist of an equal number of members representing Organised Labour and representing Organised Employers; and |
| (ii) |
is not restricted to members of the Authority. |
Meetings of any committee or structure must comply with the procedures contemplated in clause 13.
