| 12.1 | If within one half hour after the time appointed for any meeting a quorum is no present, the meeting shall be adjourned to a date to be determined by the Chairperson (which date shall not be earlier than 7 (seven) days and not later than 14 (fourteen) days after the date of the meeting) at the same time and place (or if such place be not available at such other place as the Chairperson may appoint). |
| 12.2 | If at such adjourned meeting a quorum is not present within one hour after the time appointed for the meeting, the Councillors present in person or by proxy shall be a quorum. |
| 12.3 | No business shall be transacted at any adjourned meeting other than the business left unfinished at the meeting, which was adjourned. |
