Constitution for the Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA)
3. Legal Status
|3.1||This is the Constitution of the CETA established in terms of Sections 9 and 13 of the Act read together with the SAQA Act and the Levies Act.|
|3.2||The CETA is a juristic person.|
|3.3||The CETA may authorise any person or persons to act on its behalf and to sign all documents and to take all steps as may be necessary in connection with any legal proceedings brought by or against the CETA.|
