Purchase

(1)	An applicant for a licence wanting to make changes to its licence application before the Energy Regulator has decided on the application may request permission from the Energy Regulator to do so.

(2)	If the Energy Regulator deems it necessary, it may direct the applicant to publish a notice of an amendment to a licence application in the same newspapers and in the same languages as the notice of the licence application to be amended was published.

(3)	The notice published in terms of subrule (2) above must also comply with Rule 8 of these Rules.
