| (1) | An agreement may not contravene any— |
| (a) | provision of this Act; |
| (b) | licence granted by the Authority; |
| (c) | condition attached to a licence granted by the Authority; |
| (d) | regulation, rule or directive issued under this Act. |
| (2) | Any agreement in contravention of subsection (1) is void. |
