Any administrative action conducted or decision taken by the Authority must be conducted or taken, as the case may be, within a reasonable time and in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, reasonableness and procedural fairness subject to the Promotion of the Administrative Justice Act, 2000 (Act No. 3 of 2000) and the National Energy Regulator Act, 2004 (Act No. 40 of 2004).
