| (1) | The due date for payment of the annual nursing education institution fee is 31 December in the year preceding the year for which it is due and payment must reach the Council by this due date. |
| (2) | The annual nursing education institution fee may be paid from 1 October of the year preceding the year for which it is due and payment will not be accepted before this date. |
