| (1) | Subject to the provisions of subsection (2) and on payment of the prescribed fee, the Council must register the additional qualification of a person who is registered under section 31 and who applies in writing for such registration, if he or she complies with the prescribed conditions and furnishes the prescribed particulars. |
| (2) | Only such qualifications as are prescribed may be registered under this section. |
