| (1) | The issuing authority may request any additional relevant information necessary in order for it to decide on the application. |
| (2) | If the issuing authority requires any additional information contemplated in subregulation (1), the issuing authority must request the applicant to furnish it with such additional information within 90 working days of the request. |
| (3) | If the additional information requested by the issuing authority in terms of subregulation (1) is not submitted to the issuing authority within 90 working days of such request, the issuing authority may deem the application to have been withdrawn, and must inform the applicant accordingly. |
