The culling of specimens of a listed threatened or protected species may be carried out by means of, or the use of—
| (a) | a firearm suitable for hunting purposes, which may be fitted with a silencer; |
| (b) | flood lights or spot lights; |
| (c) | motorized vehicles; or |
| (d) | air craft. |
