I, David Maynier, Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, hereby, in terms of regulation 3(2)(k) of Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) Regulations, 2010, made under section 97(1)(b)(iv) of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act, 2004 (Act No. 10 of 2004), set and allocate to provinces, the export quotas for African elephant (Loxodonta africana), black rhinoceros (Diceros bicornis) and leopard (Panthera pardus) hunting trophies for 2026 and 2027 calendar years as set out in the Schedule hereto.
