The Minister must table in parliament the annual report contemplated in regulation 4(3) including a financial report of the NETC within a month after receipt thereof, if Parliament is in ordinary session, and if Parliament is not in ordinary session it must be tabled within a month after Parliament reopens for the next ordinary session.
