A member of a subcommittee or a consultative body, who is not in the full-time employment of the State may, in respect of the services rendered by that member in connection with the affairs of the subcommittee or consultative body, from money appropriated for that purpose by Parliament, be paid such traveling and subsistence and other allowances, as the Minister, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, may determine.
