National Education Policy Act, 1996 (Act No. 27 of 1996)14. Amendment of Act 76 of 1984 |
| (1) | Subject to the provisions of subsection (2), the National Policy for General Education Affairs Act, 1984 (Act No. 76 of 1984), is hereby amended to the extent set out in the Schedule. |
| (2) | Anything done under a provision of the National Policy for General Education Affairs Act, 1984, prior to the amendment thereof by subsection (1), shall remain in force as if such amendment had not been made. |
