President of the Republic of South Africa

Under section 120 of the Legal Practice Act, 2014 (Act No. 28 of 2014), I hereby fix 26 May 2023 as the date on which—

(a)	section 37(5)(e)(ii);

(b)	section 40(1)(b)(ii) and (7)(b); and

(c)	section 41,

of the said Act shall come into operation.
