Proclamation

President of the Republic of South Africa
Under section 120(2) of the Legal Practice Act, 2014 (Act No. 28 of 2014), I hereby fix 1 February 2015 as the date on which Parts 1 and 2 of Chapter 10 of the said Act shall come into operation.
