| (1) | A licensee that contravenes any provision set out in these Regulations, except for regulation 4, is liable to a fine not exceeding the greater of RS 000 000 (five Million Rand) or 10% of the licensee's annual turnover for every day or part thereof during which the contravention continued. |
| (2) | A licensee that contravenes regulation 4 of these Regulations is liable to a fine not exceeding R50 000 (fifty Thousand Rand). |
