means a process or mechanism that helps resolve a customer’s complaint through mediation;
means the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa established by section 3 of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa Act, 2000 (Act No. 13 of 2000);
means the Complaints and Compliance Committee as defined in the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa Act, 2000 (Act No. 13 of 2000), as amended;
means an expression of dissatisfaction resulting from a licensed service;
means a person who has lodged a complaint;
means working day, unless otherwise specified;
“disabilities”
means long-term or recurring physical, hearing, or visual impairments;
means a person issued with a licence to provide services in terms of Chapter 3 of the Postal Services Act, 1998 (Act No. 124 of 1998);
has the meaning assigned to it in the Older Persons Act, 2006 (Act No. 13 of 2006).
