The State President has, under the powers vested in him by section 30 of the Explosives Act, 1956 (Act 26 of 1956), made the regulations set forth hereunder.
Commencement
These regulations shall come into operation with effect from the date of publication of this notice and shall be in substitution of the regulations published in Government Notice R. 2131 of 1962, as amended by Government Notices R. 848 of 1965, R. 568 of 1966, R. 753 of 1966 and R. 69 of 1968.
