Chapter 3 : Manufacture, dealing, importation, exportation and packaging of explosives

1)	No person may import explosives into or export authorised explosives from the Republic or cause any explosives to be imported into or authorised explosives to be exported from the Republic, unless –

a)	he or she is in possession of a permit issued by or under the authority of the Chief Inspector; and

b)	in the case of exportation, he or she is in possession of such an end-user certificate as may be prescribed.
