Promulgation of Regulations
The Minister of Correctional Services has under section 134 of the Correctional Services Act, 1998 (Act No.111 of 1998) amended the regulations in the Schedule published on 20 July 2004 in Government Gazette No. 26626 by deleting Schedule A and B and replacing it with the new Schedule A to commence on 23 July 2007.
