The following documents shall be lodged with the Registrar for the registration of an external company:

the memorandum of the company, together with a translation thereof, if any, certified and translated as prescribed in regulation 4; |
| b) |
Form CM 49, containing registration fee; |
| c) |
the notice, on Form CM 31, of consent by an auditor to his appointment as the auditor of the company; |
| d) |
Form CM 29, return of particulars of company's register of directors and officers; |
| e) |
Form CM 22, notice of registered office and postal address; |
| f) |
[Paragraph (f) deleted by Government Notice No. R.1391 of 30 June 1978]; and |
| g) |
Form CM 37, notice of person authorised to accept service on behalf of the external company. |
