The Commissions Act, Act No. 8 of 1947, has been updated by the Amendments to Paragraph 5 of Terms of Reference under Proclamation 3 of 2018: Terms of Reference of the Commission of Inquiry into the Allegations of State Capture, Corruption and Fraud in the Public Sector including Organs of State, as per Proclamation No. 46, GG45720, dated 3 January 2022.

 

The Commissions Act, Act No. 8 of 1947, is has been updated by the Amendment of Paragraph 5 of Proclamation 3 of 2018: Terms of Reference of the Commission of Inquiry into the Allegations of State Capture, Corruption and Fraud in the Public Sector including Organs of State, as per Proclamation No. 40, GG45448, dated 9 November 2021.

 

The Commissions Act, Act No. 8 of 1947, is hereby amended by the publication of Amendments to Proclamation 3 of 2018, as per Proclamation 31 of 2021 of Government Gazette 44860, dated 16 July 2021.
