Any person who in or in connection with—
| (a) | an application for authorization to establish a bank; or |
[Paragraph (a) substituted by section 14(a) of Act No. 26 of 1994, with effect from 1 June 1996]
| (b) | an application for registration as a bank, |
[Paragraph (b) substituted by section 14(b) of Act No. 26 of 1994, with effect from 1 June 1996]
| (c) | [Paragraph (c) deleted by section 14(c) of Act No. 26 of 1994 with effect from 1 June 1996] |
furnishes the Authority with any information which to the knowledge of such person is untrue or misleading in any material respect, shall be guilty of an offence.
