I, Kader Asmal, Minister of Water Affairs and Forestry, hereby, in terms of section 73(2)(a) of the Water Services Act, 1997 (Act No. 108 of 1997), announce for general information, that water services works owned by me shall not be transferred or disposed of without the approval of Parliament if the value of such works exceeds R100 million.
