By virtue of the powers vested in me in terms of section 28(1)(b) of the Water Services Act, 1997 (Act No. 108 of 1997) I, Senzo Mchunu, in my capacity as the Minister of Water and Sanitation, hereby approve a name change of Bloem Water Board to Vaal Central Water board effective from the date of publication of this Notice.
