For the purposes of this Annexure—
| (a) | "field" |
refers to any aspect, component, division, element, feature, part, piece, segment, type or unit in respect of or pertaining to plant and equipment; and
| (b) | "plant and equipment" |
means plant and equipment, including equipment, as defined and applied from time to time by the International Valuation Standards Council.
