| (1) | The fee specified in item 4(a) of Table 1 shall be payable by any person desiring to inspect a document which has been lodged with the registrar in terms of the Act and which, in the opinion of the registrar, may be open for inspection by the public. |
| (2) | Any person requiring a copy of a document referred to in subregulation (1) shall apply therefor in the form set out in Schedule K. |
| (3) | Such an application shall be accompanied by the application fee specified in item 4(b) of Table 1. |
