The provisions of regulation 36(1)(a), (b) and (c) and (2)(b), (d) and (e) shall mutatis mutandis apply to the particulars which shall appear on a container of seed which is imported into the Republic, or on a label attached to such container: Provided that the name and address of the establishment where such seed is sold are not required.
