Plant Improvement Act, 1976 (Act No. 53 of 1976)10. Exemption from registration |
| (1) | The Minister may by notice in the Gazette and on such conditions as he or she may specify in the notice, exempt any premises from the provisions of section 6 in respect of any kind of business. |
| (2) | The registrar may on application and subject to the conditions determined by him or her, exempt any premises from the provisions of section 6. |
