The Minister of Minerals Resources and Energy has under Section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No.120 of 1977) made the Regulations set out in the Schedule. This Schedule substitutes the Schedule promulgated on 05 January 2021.
Maximum Retail Price for Liquefied Petroleum Gas
