| (1) | I, Ms Dipuo Peters, Minister of Energy, under section 2(1)(c) of the Petroleum Products Act, 1977 (Act No. 120 of 1977), determine that a maximum retail price for Illuminating Paraffin (excluding the price of any form of packaging) will become effective on the first Wednesday of each month. |
| (2) | The maximum retail price for illuminating paraffin, excluding the price of any form of packaging for the period 07 September 2011 to 04 October 2011 will be 912.0 c/l. |
| (3) | Commencement |
These regulations shall come into operation at 00:01 on 07 September 2011.
