| (1) | The name of a learner/student in the Register shall be marked as "suspended from continuing with the programme" for a period of time as specified by resolution of the Council in terms of the Act. |
| (2) | The name of a learner/student in the Register shall be marked as "having the required period of training extended" for a period of time as specified by resolution of the Council in terms of the Act. |
