The Registrar must delete from the register, in accordance with regulation 2(3) of these regulations, any entry which is proved to the satisfaction of the Council to have been made in error or through misrepresentation or in circumstances not authorised by the Act, and any certificate issued in respect of such registration must be returned to the Council by the holder thereof immediately upon receipt of a notice from the Registrar to return such certificate.
