Natural Scientific Professions Act, 2003 (Act No.27 of 2003)8. Appointment of chief executive officer and other officials of Council |
| (1) | The Council may appoint a chief executive officer and such other officials as it may deem necessary to carry out its functions, on such conditions, including the payment of remuneration and a honorarium, as it may determine. |
| (2) | The chief executive officer must perform such functions as may be assigned to him or her by the Council. |
