Natural Scientific Professions Act, 2003 (Act No.27 of 2003)31. Appointment of disciplinary tribunal |
| (1) | The Council must appoint a disciplinary tribunal to hear a charge of improper conduct if a person charged— |
| (a) | denies the charge; or |
| (b) | fails to comply with section 30(3)(b). |
| (2) | The disciplinary tribunal must consist of at least— |
| (a) | a person who specialises in the area concerning the charge; |
| (b) | a professional natural scientist who has at least 10 years’ experience; and |
| (c) | a person qualified in law and who has at least 10 years’ experience. |
