| (1) | The Council must, after consultation with the Director-General, voluntary associations and registered persons, draw up a code of conduct for registered persons. |
| (2) |
| (a) | The Council is responsible for administering the code of conduct and must ensure that the code is available to all members of the public at all reasonable times. |
| (b) | The Council must provide the Director-General with a copy of the code. |
| (3) | All registered persons must comply with the code of conduct and failure to do so constitutes improper conduct. |
