1.	I, Julie Reddy, Acting Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) of the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA), in terms of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Act, Act 67 of 2008, as per the decision (SAQA02/2021) of the SAQA Board, publish the:

Policy and Criteria for Credit Accumulation and Transfer within the National Qualifications Framework (As amended, 2021)

2.	The Policy and Criteria for Credit Accumulation and Transfer within the National Qualifications Framework (As amended, 2021) is:

a.	Effective immediately; and

b.	Available on the SAQA website: www.saqa.co.za under Documents.
