| 14.1 | This Policy and Criteria for Credit Accumulation and Transfer (As Amended, 2022): |
| (a) | comes into effect on the date of its publication for implementation in the Government Gazette; and |
| (b) | will be reviewed procedurally after five years or earlier, or when necessary. |
