| 38. | This Policy and Criteria for Credit Accumulation and Transfer within the NationalQualifications Framework (As Amended, 2021): |
| a. | comes into effect on the date of its publication in the Government Gazette; and |
| b. | will be reviewed procedurally after five years or earlier if necessary. |
