Proclamation Notice 266 of 2025

In terms of section 42 of the National Nuclear Regulator Amendment Act, 2024 (Act No. 26 of 2024), I hereby fix the date of publication of this Proclamation in the Gazette as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
