PROCLAMATION

by the

President of the Republic of South Africa

In terms of section 96 of the National Land Transport Act, 2009 (Act No. 5 of 2009), I hereby determine the 8th December 2009 as the date on which sections 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8(2), sections 9, 10, section 11(2)(3)(4)(5)(6)(7), sections 12 to 47(4), section 48(1)(2), sections 49 to section 96, come into operation.
