A person who is not registered as a dietitian or nutritionist in terms of section 17 of the Act shall not use the expression:
| (a) | dietitian; |
| (b) | diet(ary) consultant; |
| (c) | diet(ary) educator; |
| (d) | diet(ary) therapist; |
| (e) | diet(ary) adviser; |
| (f) | diet(ary) counsellor; |
| (g) | diet(ary) specialist; |
| (h) | diet(ary) planner; |
| (i) | diet(ary) technician; |
| U) | diet(ary) coach, |
| (k) | diet(ary) expert, |
| (I) | diet(ary) fundi, |
| (m) | diet(ary) guru, |
| (n) | nutritionist; |
| (o) | nutritional therapist; |
| (p) | nutrition(al) specialist; |
| (q) | nutrition(al) adviser; |
| (r) | nutrition(al) educator; |
| (s) | nutrition(al) consultant; |
| (t) | nutrition(al) technician; |
| (u) | nutrition(al) coach, |
| (v) | nutrition(al) expert, |
| (w) | nutrition(al) fundi, |
| (x) | nutrition(al) guru and; |
| (y) | any similar appellation, derivative, or similar word or phrase |
