| (1) | A person who is employed and is working as a forensic pathology officer immediately prior to the promulgation of these regulations must apply to the registrar within six months after the promulgation of these regulations and on a form supplied by the professional board. |
| (2) | An application referred to in these regulations must be accompanied by: |
| (a) | a letter of confirmation of service duly signed by the employer; |
| (b) | certified copy of the applicant's identity document or birth certificate, or if the applicant is unable to furnish either of these documents, such other proof of his or her age and correct names as may be acceptable to the registrar; and |
| (c) | registration fee. |
